For precision laser instruments, the low core temperature of the chip means high light emitting efficiency and stable laser operation. This 600W skived fin process heat sink adds several heat pipes at the same time, under the condition that the heat sink area is large enough and the condition of high density heat source, the temperature of the laser module is controlled within the required range. This design allows our engineers to find a subsequent heat dissipation solution for the laser module heat sink under the condition of high-density heat source.
