1500W heat pipes heat sink for LED stage light

Developed a custom-made stage heat sink for the customer, with a power of 1500W. When the engineer designed it, it used the form of heat pipes and fin, soldered with solder paste, and the bottom of the heat sink was made of copper. The final test customer is very Satisfied, the LED chip temperature is 75 degrees, the ambient temperature is 45 degrees, the fan is 8025 fan, and the noise is about 40 dB. The weight of the radiator is only 1.5kg, which is also a counterweight problem for stage lamps
